Nas drops off his fourteenth album entitled ‘King’s Disease II’. The project serves as a sequel to Nas’ previous album ‘King’s Disease’ which was released August 20, 2020. ‘King’s Disease II’ also features guest appearances from Eminem, Lauryn Hill, A Boogie wit da Hoodie, YG, EPMD and More.
