Lil Baby Releases New Album FRESH Alongside “Mr. Do Something” Music Video

Atlanta rapper Lil Baby releases his fifth studio album, FRESH, on November 6, 2026, alongside the official music video for “Mr. Do Something,” one of the project’s standout tracks.

The 17-track album arrives through Quality Control Music and Motown Records as Lil Baby continues to reinforce his position in hip-hop. The release follows online criticism questioning his recent musical direction, with the rapper using this project to put the focus back on his artistry, catalogue and ability to carry records on his own.

‘Mr. Do Something’ Makes a Statement

“Mr. Do Something” is the album’s second track and finds Lil Baby delivering a solo performance centred on his success, wealth, identity and Atlanta roots.

The record features production from Taurus, K6WYA, Cam Rouse and Casper1of1. Its trap sound provides a backdrop for Lil Baby’s confident delivery, with the rapper embracing the “Mr. Do Something” identity as a statement about his influence and accomplishments.

The official music video arrives alongside the album. Directed by ILMATO (Matías Vial) and produced by DRKT Studios, the visuals take Lil Baby back through his old neighbourhood in Atlanta. Residents are shown chasing after his vehicle, creating a visual representation of the attention and hometown recognition surrounding the rapper.

A 17-Track Project With Major Collaborations

Although Lil Baby keeps much of FRESH centred on his own performances, the album includes appearances from several familiar names.

Future, Young Thug and Rylo Rodriguez join him on “All My Partnas,” while Rylo Rodriguez also appears on “In Your Head.” The physical edition reportedly includes an additional version of “Coast 2 Coast” featuring Bally Baby and Fatt Smaxk.

The production lineup also brings together established hitmakers. Pharrell Williams is credited with producing “Dead Fresh,” while Metro Boomin contributes to “Keep Goin.” Wheezy, Hitmaka and London on da Track are also among the producers associated with the project.
